RINOs Rescue Radical Democrat LaMonica McIver

Radical Democrat Congresswoman LaMonica McIver (NJ) assaulted an ICE officer and is facing charges that could result in 17 years in prison.

The House of Representatives was going to censure McIver and expel her from the Homeland Security Committee. That should have been an easy vote for all Republicans.

But GOP Rep. Don Bacon (NE) led a small group of RINOs in joining the Democrats to ‘table,’ or defeat the vote, leaving McIver on the committee that oversees ICE.

TCC President Jim Pfaff blasted Bacon and the others who rescued the Democrat:

“How dare Bacon and his gang betray the Republican Congress and bail out a radical who attacked an ICE official? Bacon fought a long crusade against President Trump, and he says MAGA creates ‘dysfunction’ and ‘divisions’ in the GOP.”

Pfaff continued: “Bacon’s RINO gang voted to expel George Santos, a loyal GOP Member who was replaced by a Democrat, and Bacon even wrote a bill to limit Trump’s ability to impose tariffs.”

Bacon’s revolt team included Reps. Mike Flood (NE), David Joyce (OH), David Valadao (CA), Nathaniel Moran (TX), and even Homeland Security Committee Chair Andrew Garbarino (NY).

Bacon has boasted that “it’s not about right versus left or Democrat versus Republican… It’s about democracy versus authoritarianism.”

Pfaff replied: “This is the most absurd argument from a Republican member bound up in ‘Trump derangement syndrome.’ Thank goodness he won’t be returning to Congress. We don’t need any more members who oppose the Trump agenda, and don’t even have the ability to understand right from wrong.”

Peter J. Thomas is a veteran conservative political strategist and seasoned policy expert dedicated to upholding the principles of the Constitution and democracy. As a founder and the chairman of the Conservative Caucus, he has played a pivotal role in promoting and shaping the conservative agenda across the nation for over half a century.

Peter’s distinguished career includes key presidential appointments under Presidents Reagan, Bush Sr., and Bush Jr. Under President Reagan, he served as the New England Regional Administrator of the General Services Administration. During Bush Sr.’s administration, he was the Special Assistant to the Secretary of Small Business. Under Bush Jr., he rose to the position of Acting Assistant Secretary for Administration in the Department of Agriculture. Additionally, Peter gained invaluable insight into Congress as Chief of Staff to Rep. Peter Torkildsen (R-MA).

Peter’s dedication to conservative values is further demonstrated by his tenure as the National Field Director of TCC in its early years, when he oversaw chapters in most congressional districts. His diverse experience also includes, founding and presiding over the Massachusetts Foundation for Economic Research, serving as director of communications for Papa Gino’s restaurants, and earning accolades as a leading sales representative for State Mutual of America.
